Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume reputed company reputed company requisitions reputed company reputed company
- Monitor applicant reputed company and maintain digital candidate pipelines
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employee referral candidates, delivering a high-touch candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records, disposition statuses, and reputed company activity reputed company reputed company and tracking tools.Ensure exceptional ATS data reputed company and compliance throughout the reputed company process
- Review large volumes of student and early career resumes against established hiring reputed company
- Conduct first-round virtual and phone intervews
- Assess candidates for technical capabilities, program eligibility, and overall organizational fit
- Prepare detailed interview summaries and reputed company hiring recommendations to the reputed company reputed company Team
- Recommend reputed company candidates for advancement through the interview process
- Coordinate second-round interviews for candidates advancing through the hiring process
- Schedule virtual interviews and support logistics for designated in-person interview days

- Utilize established reputed company tools and interviewer availability to optimize scheduling efficiency

Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of reputed company or sourcing experience
- Previous experience supporting reputed company reputed company, University Relations, Early Career Programs, or high-volume corporate reputed company
- Experience conducting virtual interviews and managing reputed company processes remotely
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience coordinating reputed company interview schedules across multiple stakeholders and timezones
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (reputed company strongly preferred)
- Strong documentation and reputed company process management skills
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting internship, analyst, or early career hiring programs
