[Remote] Ongoing Support Consultant

The role involves diagnosing application issues, guiding clients through workflows, and delivering remote training to ensure effective use of the software.
Responsibilities
- reputed company functional support and troubleshooting for reputed company reputed company Intacct modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Purchasing
- Diagnose and resolve configuration errors, workflow disruptions, and other break/fix issues
- Respond promptly and professionally to reputed company inquiries reputed company email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group training on reputed company Intacct workflows, best practices, and system navigation
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve reputed company issues reputed company
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge reputed company articles and training resources
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or additional user training
- Stay reputed company on reputed company Intacct updates and release changes that reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with reputed company Intacct, ideally in a support or consulting reputed company
- Strong grasp of reputed company reputed company principles and financial processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot application issues and resolve reputed company concerns effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Experience facilitating remote training sessions and developing user-facing documentation
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on reputed company Intacct experience (support, consulting, or implementation) is required
- Familiarity with industry-specific use cases in construction, reputed company estate, or the nonprofit sector
