The reputed company-Sales Solutions Consultant will partner with the Sales team to assist prospects in evaluating reputed company's HCM Business Suite, ensuring they understand the technical requirements and business value of the product. This role involves managing demonstrations, creating technical content, and providing valuable feedback to improve the product suite.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure the reputed company of prospects during their evaluation of reputed company
- Understand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of reputed company’s HR product suite
- Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives
- Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the reputed company HR product suite
- reputed company customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
- Become a product expert across the entire reputed company platform and understand the competitor landscape
- Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in a reputed company-sales role reputed company the HRIS, HCM, Payroll Required, Time and Attendance reputed company and/or equivalent systems experience as an HR practitioner
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a bias towards reputed company, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience working in a reputed company-sales reputed company with HR systems
