[Remote] Customer Services Representative

They are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join their team, handling calls from customers and providing assistance with orders and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from established affiliates, customers, or retail clients
- Answering questions regarding established accounts and 4Life procedures
- Assisting customers reputed company placing orders or returns
- Answering general product questions and promoting special offers
- Providing overall account maintenance reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to follow up with customers’ requests
Skills
- Bilingual English/Russian proficiency is required
- Self-motivated, proactive, and reputed company to learn quickly
- Basic understanding of reputed company Office software, including Word and reputed company
- Must have a suitable reputed company reputed company, or a home office free of distractions and with minimal noise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
