[Remote] Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will drive orders reputed company and reputed company strong reputed company relationships in the reputed company reputed company and Central US territory, focusing on biotech, reputed company, and reputed company organizations.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and reputed company new business opportunities in biotech, reputed company, reputed company and government organizations in the assigned territory
- Establish and nurture business opportunities with new clients in the territory by supporting the reputed company’s ongoing and reputed company programs
- Coordinate and reputed company with reputed company’s inside sales and technical support teams to continue refining the sales and business development process to best support reputed company’s clients
- Routinely reputed company accurate and up to date forecasts, delivering visibility to new reputed company opportunities, projecting reputed company recognition for the quarter and year
- Daily input/reputed company information and manage opportunity and sales pipeline data in CRM system
Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific field
- Five or more years sales experience in a reputed company-facing sales role in the life sciences industry, with preferred experience in the biopharma industry selling into the cell and gene therapy reputed company segments, with proven reputed company record of being a top performer
- Broad technical understanding in the field of molecular and cell biology, with the ability to describe the workflows reputed company to biotherapeutics, including nucleic acids, gene editing, DNA plasmids, mRNA therapeutics, viral reputed company technologies, CAR-T, etc
- Must have sales experience for Contract Development and/or Contract manufacturing Organizations supporting Cell and Gene Therapies, or equivalent experience. ( CDMO )
- Ability to travel reputed company assigned territory
- MSc or PhD
- Supporting early or late-stage clinical programs and/or GMP manufacturing
