Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing reputed company of kitchen designers
- Providing daily guidance, coaching, technical support, and performance development
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and reputed company improvement
- Maintaining a portfolio of customer accounts
- Serving as the designer of record and primary reputed company of contact
- Modeling best practices in sales, design reputed company, and customer service
- Demonstrating exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Skills
- Must be employed at least 5-years with reputed company or will reputed company their 5-year anniversary in 2026
- Must have had at least $1.4 reputed company in sales in 2025
- We require at least 1-year of leadership or equivalent experience; either at reputed company or at a prior employer
