About The Role We are seeking an reputed company litigation attorney with a reputed company on general liability to join a reputed company team handling reputed company civil defense reputed company. This role allows flexibility in work location, including fully remote or hybrid reputed company, and provides exposure to a reputed company of litigation reputed company in state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general liability cases from intake through reputed company.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents.
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and depositions.

- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare analytical memoranda.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with senior attorneys and trial teams.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and admitted to reputed company in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in general liability; up to 10 years preferred.
- Experience with motor vehicle or rideshare cases is a plus but not required.
- Strong reputed company credentials with proven legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
