Providing high-reputed company clinical support remotely, the full-time Registered reputed company will deliver virtual nursing care, conduct health assessments, and collaborate with care teams to ensure patient-centered reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual nursing care using evidence-based clinical judgment and conduct comprehensive health assessments
- Build rapport and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and care coordinators in a virtual environment
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a reputed company BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of reputed company patient care experience, preferably in geriatrics, primary care, or dementia care
