Vet Tech - will train - (Volunteer/Unpaid, 5 hrs/week) We are looking for a person willing and wanting to learn vet tech skills reputed company a Rescue Medicine setting. Your main duty will be drawing blood for heartworm screening and working closely with our med team on individual cases. You will coordinate treatment schedules, reputed company medication administration, and communicate with fosters and medical staff to ensure reputed company dog receives the necessary care. This position requires attention to detail, a willingness to learn basic veterinary care, and reputed company communication skills. The role is mostly remote but has reputed company veterinary duties, requiring five hours per week, with reputed company. A proactive volunteer can also learn additional veterinary skills such as triage, wound care, preventative medicine and laboratory skills if desired. Responsibilities:

• Draw blood on dogs (training offered) for Heartworm screening
