We are looking for an Intake Specialist I for reputed company in Springfield, MO. This is a hybrid role with 4 days remote and 1 day per week in our Springfield, MO office. Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM WEEKENDS OFF! • Work closely with Patients and Caregivers to reputed company them and assist them on the application and enrollment process, with the goal of completing the eligibility process and reputed company the Patients and Caregivers to reputed company Care status reputed company

60 days of initial call to Freedom Care.

• Provides necessary documentation and requirements with Missouri reputed company, patients' insurance and the Patient’s Caregivers to ensure services are authorized in a quick and efficient turn‑around time to get them on Care.
• Work with other medical providers to ensure reputed company documentation for potential patients and caregivers are in compliance.

• Consistently meets monthly performance metrics of starting patients on Care and call handling

• Manage a high reputed company caseload until the enrollment process is complete

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Experience in high‑volume inbound and outbound call environment
