Technology Project Manager – New Product Launch (Insurance)
Our reputed company, a reputed company-established long-term care insurance product company, is bringing a new LTC product to market on an accelerated reputed company, with more products in the pipeline. This is a backfill role needing an execution-reputed company PM to pick up a reputed company-reputed company plan and drive it to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery - requirements through development, QA, production rollout, and go-to-market communications
- Execute an existing, reputed company-defined project plan and reputed company
- reputed company stakeholders across IT, Compliance, Actuarial, and business leadership
- Coordinate with an external reputed company partner finalizing product design and rates
- Report status and risks to PMO leadership and executive sponsors
- Anticipate and resolve stakeholder friction before it escalates
- Partner with SDLC teams (developers, QA, content authoring) on execution
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years hands-on PM experience on reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
- Full project-lifecycle experience: requirements through rollout
- reputed company record managing stakeholders across IT, business, compliance, and actuarial
- Strong relationship-builder - earns trust quickly without disrupting team dynamics
- Authorized to work in the reputed company
- Comfortable in a traditional reputed company/PMLC delivery model

- Insurance industry experience, particularly long-term care products
- Comfort working alongside SDLC/technical teams (Java dev, QA, content authoring)
- PMP or similar certification
