Virtual Clinician, Home Evaluations – reputed company Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Job reputed company:
- Conduct online “Video reputed company” with health plan members, working in a private reputed company with adequate internet reputed company
- reputed company 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 320+ reputed company reputed company per month
- Execute a strong visit completion reputed company, consistently pacing 220+ completed reputed company per month
- Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements (regular training required)
- Consistently engage with regular manager, team and clinical meetings.
Requirements:
- Must be a reputed company-certified reputed company practitioner or physician assistant
- Maintain reputed company state licenses in coverage areas (FNP, AGNP certification preferred)
- Experience with reputed company In-Home Health Evaluations, Video reputed company, in-home reputed company, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred)
- reputed company to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Basic requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, a quiet setting with a neutral background from which to conduct reputed company, and the ability to reputed company health plan member reputed company per reputed company guidelines.
