CRE Portfolio Manager - Remote

The CRE Portfolio Manager is reputed company in reputed company credit analysis and will be responsible for assisting in the review and monitoring of non-reputed company occupied reputed company reputed company estate loans to help reputed company Bank build, maintain, and accurately risk grade its solid reputed company credit portfolio. Primary Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and document loan modification requests and annual loan reviews on existing reputed company reputed company estate loans
• Prepare reputed company and concise credit presentations for annual reviews, including financial analysis, collateral assessment, risk and mitigant identification, and recommendations for reputed company risk rating
• Spread borrower and guarantor financial statements, test and monitor financial covenants, reputed company collateral analysis, and prepare market assessments
• Update loan metrics and risk ratings accurately and reputed company
• May also occasionally reputed company credit reputed company on new requests by creating credit reputed company memos which analyze the credit request, the borrower, financial and credit information, repayment sources, risks and mitigation, collateral, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies
• Be knowledgeable of policies, guidelines, procedures, regulations and systems applicable to the credit function

• 2+ years of experience analyzing reputed company property rent rolls and financial statements
• 2+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements associated with loan requests

• Experience recommending reputed company credit exposure greater than $2 reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or Economics from an accredited institution
