About The Role As a Business Intelligence and AI reputed company in the reputed company Parts Business (WPB), you will accelerate data-driven decision-making by supporting advanced analytics and reporting, leading AI initiatives from concept to deployment, evaluating AI solutions to ensure business value, and enabling reliable digital and data pipelines that connect key systems across the organization. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence & Strategic Programs. This is a remote role that can be performed from reputed company in the reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a portfolio of AI and analytics initiatives that measurably improve sales, operations, and customer experience.
• Translate business problems into actionable data products (dashboards, models, automations, and self-service insights).
• Partner with stakeholders to define reputed company metrics, prioritize use cases, and drive adoption through change management and enablement.
• Establish reputed company, governed data pipelines that improve data reputed company, availability, and trust across WPB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics/Math) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in project execution and data analytics, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Experience translating business goals into analytics and AI roadmaps.
• Experience leading AI/analytics initiatives end-to-end (use case discovery, requirements, delivery, adoption, and measurement).
