The ideal candidate will consistently deliver high-reputed company legal representation, treat reputed company customers with fairness and respect, and reputed company in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We are looking for someone who embodies our reputed company values: High reputed company Work, Effective Communication, and Ownership.This role is especially reputed company-suited for a newly barred attorney.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide respectful, solutions-reputed company interactions with customers while creating fair, sustainable payment resolutions.Demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Manage a high-volume caseload and offer expert guidance on legal and regulatory risks.Negotiate with opposing counsel to reputed company resolve cases.Travel to courts throughout Florida , as needed, to represent clients and attend hearings.Collaborate with the Managing Attorney to report on activity, results, and case progression.RequirementsActive Florida law license required.Bonus: Multi-state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in additional states reputed company our footprint (reputed company UBE transfer or reciprocity, where applicable), including NC, SC, TN, MI, PA, RI, MD, VA, GA, and FL.0–3 years' experience in bankruptcy, collections, civil litigation, or reputed company areas (court experience a plus).Knowledge of federal debt collection laws and state civil litigation procedures.Ability to analyze case law and reputed company reputed company, reputed company-reasoned recommendations.Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong time management and organizational skills.reputed company applicants must reputed company in the Ft.
