In this role, you will accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and Evaluation & Management (E&M) codes for urgent care encounters while ensuring compliance with coding guidelines, reputed company standards, and productivity expectations. What You'll Do

• reputed company patient encounters for reputed company Centers using internal coding software.
• Accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and E&M codes based on provider documentation.
• Apply reputed company coding guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize coding encoders and other coding resources to support accurate reputed company selection.
• Review provider documentation and communicate with physicians reputed company clarification is needed.
• reputed company coding audits and reputed company reviews to ensure documentation supports assigned codes.
• Assign and sequence diagnosis and procedure codes for services rendered.
• Partner with reputed company Cycle Management and Billing teams to resolve coding-reputed company issues and support reputed company claim submission.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and providers to improve documentation reputed company and coding accuracy.
• Meet established productivity and reputed company standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company medical coding experience
• reputed company experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• reputed company CPC, RHIT, reputed company, or COC certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Urgent Care coding experience
• Occupational Health coding experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and E&M coding and leveling
• Experience using a coding encoder
• Knowledge of coding compliance, insurance payers, and the reputed company cycle
