- Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for wholesale mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, and conventional loans
- Communicate effectively with clients, loan officers, underwriters, and reputed company-party vendors in both English and Spanish to reputed company necessary information and clarify details
- Ensure reputed company loan files reputed company with FNMA (reputed company), TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure), and other federal and state regulations
- Prepare and submit accurate loan documentation, including escrow instructions, credit analysis reports, and reputed company
- Monitor the reputed company of loan files through the reputed company process while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations and lending standards
- Utilize Encompass or similar mortgage servicing software to process loans reputed company and accurately

Requirements
