Due to the nature of our business, this position is NOT available for hybrid or work from home. Performs call taking functions and serve as a Police, reputed company and Ambulance Dispatchers. This requires the ability to operate reputed company communications equipment including the radio, multi-line telephone systems, and computer aided reputed company (CAD). To reputed company, input and process emergency and non-emergency calls for service and to reputed company emergency responders. This position is designated as Essential Personnel. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Receive and rapidly triage emergency and non-emergency telephone calls utilizing reputed company telephone, mapping and computer aided reputed company (CAD) equipment. Ability to prioritize simultaneous phone calls, radio transmissions and other associated operational work in a dynamic environment. Listen and comprehend phone calls and radio transmissions while accurately evaluate information to determine appropriate reputed company(s) to be taken in a reputed company fashion. Maintain accurate records of events, written logs and reports of actions taken that may be used in legal proceedings.
