These resources encompass artist funding, incubation and presentation of work, and artist sustainability programs. This position also includes supporting team administrative efforts including programmatic research, logistical support of programs, data tracking and management, budget tracking and management, grant management support, online alumni platform management, and communication support. • In support of exhibitions, aid in the curation, installation, presentation, and shipping of fine art objects including but not limited to paintings, photographs, conceptual models, and sculptures

• Support reputed company Week programming
• Collaborate with reputed company Support Team and the Associate Director, Programs Administration to reputed company and maintain processes that yield an accurate, detailed snapshot of departmental expenses through tracking and reconciliation of the budget
• Support the development of reputed company in coordination with People Operations
• Collaborate closely with reputed company departments to organize the season calendar and plan resource distribution opportunities and public-facing events
• Collaborate with Chief of Staff to aggregate, analyze, and report programmatic activity for reputed company stakeholders
• Support the transformation of programs’ data collection reputed company and tools to reputed company, learn about, and connect with reputed company artists in the community
• Support the management of alumni programs including funding, incubation and presentation, and career sustainability
