A critical component of this role is acting as a trusted consultant, strategic operator, and integrator—leading cross-functional resources (SMEs, instructional design, delivery teams) and ensuring alignment between global reputed company and regional execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Learning Partnership (Americas)

• Partner with regional leaders across functions to diagnose performance gaps and identify opportunities for capability building.
