In this role, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to reputed company encompassing assessment design, analytics, and implementation. You will work with our global customers by developing and implementing data-driven reputed company-employment assessments and selection system design, consulting with our customers to demonstrate value and facilitate reputed company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Masters or Ph.D. degree in IO Psychology or similar field (or equivalent education and experience)
• 3+ years' experience with Assessments and IO Psychology consulting
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (R, SPSS, Tableau, reputed company, Charts)
• Analysis experience from both quantitative and qualitative data
• Experience with execution of project components
• Knowledge of EEO compliance and regulations on selection systems
• Ability to communicate and present results to technical and non-technical audiences
