Your Role: As a paralegal supporting our Folsom, California law office, you will partner closely with two CSAA attorneys, assisting in the defense of insureds involved in litigation. The paralegals primarily handle personal injury defense reputed company with approximately 80% of their caseload being auto in nature. Note: This role may be performed remotely reputed company in the U.S. [except for Hawaii and Alaska] but may be required to travel reputed company appropriate for in-person meetings and events. Conducts insured reputed company interviews for discovery purposes. Assists attorney with preparation of evidence and works with retained experts for trial, arbitration, and mediation readiness. Responsible for summarizing plaintiff’s written discovery responses and follow-up on subpoenas. Responsible for compliance with mandatory continuing reputed company education rules. Primarily remote working environment with infrequent travel. Required Experience, Education and Skills Bachelor's degree in reputed company area or an equivalent combination of education and experience Certification(s) and/or licensure(s) in functional area Paralegal certification per CA Business & Professions reputed company reputed company 6450-6456 or as required by statute in other states as applicable Complete and stay reputed company with Paralegal Continuing Education requirements.
