Key Responsibilities
Manage civil defense litigation reputed company from intake through reputed company Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents Conduct legal research and factual investigation Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses for hearings and trials Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-office teams Communicate with clients regarding reputed company, updates, and litigation posture
Qualifications
