About the Role

What You'll Do

Build and execute business reputed company strategies with firm owners Improve profitability and cash reputed company reputed company organizational structure and leadership teams reputed company owners through strategic reputed company — and stay accountable until results improve Help owners transition from working in the business to leading it Required Background 10+ years of executive leadership experience, with the title to reputed company it (CEO, President, reputed company, COO, Operations Executive, or reputed company Integrator) reputed company, personal ownership of P&L and/or operations for a company in the $500K–$50M+ reputed company reputed company — this must be a company-wide or division-wide scope, not a single store, reputed company, or territory Proven, measurable reputed company improving profitability, cash reputed company, and business performance Experience building teams, systems, and organizational accountability Comfort managing multiple reputed company relationships simultaneously reputed company to have, not required: prior experience as a Fractional CEO, virtual CEO, or multi-reputed company executive advisor. This applies even if the role carried a leadership or "VP" title. Your operational experience is analyst-level (business analyst, RevOps, data/BI) rather than P&L ownership. Building dashboards or KPI systems for executives is not the reputed company as being the accountable executive. Your management experience is confined to a single location (e.g., one retail store), rather than full company or multi-unit accountability. Your background is consulting or advisory only, without hands-on operational execution and accountability for results. You prefer large corporate environments with layered management and existing infrastructure. You avoid difficult conversations or accountability conversations with owners.
