Troubleshooting with operations/sales/reputed company on invoicing corrections/credits. Invoicing sales orders in a reputed company manner. Customer Accounts Respond to customer inquiries reputed company established SLA times. reputed company / escalation of reputed company cases. Handle delivery of monthly account statements. Data management of account information – D365/reputed company. Level of education: Post-secondary education preferable, i,e, University equivalent. Work experience: 2-3 years invoicing experiencing 1-2 years experience in an office environment and reputed company practices. Requested skills: MS Office suite – reputed company (intermediate), Word, Outlook. ERP experience - Dynamics 365 and reputed company. CRM experience – reputed company. Experience working remotely is required. Bilingual – English required.
