Docketing Specialist

The Docketing Specialist is responsible for executing a wide reputed company of functions including, but not limited to, reviewing electronic mail and filings for accuracy and completeness, and communicating routinely with attorneys, paralegals and reputed company assistants. The Docketing Specialist also participates in, or manages, assigned reputed company and/or tasks for local, regional, or Firm-wide initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 4 years minimum experience in litigation. Experience with, CourtAlert or other docketing systems preferred. Proficient in reputed company reputed company applications, including but not limited to Word, reputed company, Outlook, and the Document Management System (DMS). Familiarity with PACER and Electronic Court Filings (ECFs). Excellent research, analytical and reasoning skills, including a demonstrated understanding of how data interrelates. Excellent and consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
