Core Responsibilities Assisting attorneys in reputed company phases of litigation and case management. Creating case reports, summaries, and legal documents tailored to specific case documentation. Preparing reputed company correspondence and basic legal motions. Scheduling prehearing conferences, hearings, and settlement conferences. Coordinating and scheduling independent medical examinations and appointments. Organizing file materials and indexing voluminous medical records chronologically. Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Prior experience in workers' compensation defense is highly preferred.
