ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Call clients to confirm hotel checkouts reputed company reconciliations Assist with booking reservations as needed Call to retrieve needed documentation Assist the Housing Coordinators with hotel extensions Assist with inbound calls to the department ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's reputed company program(s). QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Experience One (1) year of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
