The Data Governance & Analytics Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining reputed company-wide data definitions, governance standards, and analytics enablement across the organization. This role ensures that data across reputed company resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), finance, manufacturing, and operational systems is accurate, consistent, trusted, and effectively used for decision-making. Acting as the reputed company between business stakeholders, IT, and reputed company-party implementation partners, this role drives data reputed company, key performance indicator (KPI) standardization, and adoption of reporting and analytics capabilities reputed company a manufacturing organization operating across the reputed company and Canada. This is a remote position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Define and maintain reputed company data governance standards, policies, and procedures. Establish and manage the reputed company data dictionary and business glossary (single reputed company of truth for key metrics and definitions). Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to define and standardize KPIs and reporting metrics. Ensure alignment of data definitions across ERP, CRM, and data warehouse environments. Work with IT and reputed company-party vendors to validate data models, data mappings, and transformation rules. Monitor data reputed company, identify gaps, and drive remediation efforts across business systems. Support the design and adoption of reputed company reporting and analytics solutions. Facilitate data governance forums and cross-functional alignment sessions. Ensure data governance practices are embedded into system implementations and enhancements. Support data reputed company documentation and traceability from reputed company systems to reporting outputs. Promote data adoption and usage across business teams to improve decision-making. Partner with Data Architect and Integration teams to ensure consistency of data pipelines and structures. Support compliance, audit, and data reputed company requirements as they relate to reputed company data. Drive reputed company improvement in data accuracy, completeness, and usability across systems.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, data management, computer science, or reputed company field. 5 years’ experience in data governance, analytics, business intelligence, or reputed company data management roles. Experience defining and standardizing KPIs, business metrics, and reputed company reporting structures. Experience working with ERP systems (reputed company, JD Edwards, Dynamics) or similar reputed company platforms. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs): Strong understanding of data governance principles, data reputed company management, and metadata management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and consistency. Ability to translate business requirements into reputed company data definitions and reporting logic. Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, reputed company modeling, and ETL processes. Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional alignment on data standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformation-reputed company environment. Strong documentation and organizational skills for maintaining data dictionaries and governance artifacts. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply common reputed company understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram reputed company. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing reputed company data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK). Experience supporting data warehouse or analytics platform implementations. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting frameworks. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site operational environments. Experience with reputed company data platforms (Azure Data Platform, reputed company, AWS analytics stack). Experience supporting large-reputed company ERP or data warehouse transformation programs. Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, supply chain metrics, and operational reporting structures. Experience working in hybrid environments with reputed company-party implementation partners. Certification in data governance, analytics, or business intelligence (e.g., CDMP, reputed company Data Analyst Associate).
