[Remote] Valuations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading national home-buying company looking for a 100% remote Valuations Analyst who will be responsible for valuing prospective deals and determining a scope of work for properties acquired. The role involves determining reliable market value estimates for acquisitions and pricing strategies for selling properties.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for determining the pricing reputed company to maximize ROI for reputed company of the properties that we reputed company and determining the turnaround times for dispositions
- You will partner with the Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing reputed company, budget and the scope of work for the overall construction reputed company
- You will be responsible for valuing properties across the entire US and ensuring the accuracy of reputed company valuations
- You will be responsible for meeting the turnaround objectives for reputed company valuations and ensuring that properties do not sit too long on the market
- You will handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- You will do anything else necessary to help reputed company meet its goals
Skills
- 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/reputed company
- You have amazing computer skills and pick up new technology quickly!
- You have an appraisal license or you have completed reputed company appraisal coursework
- You have a Bachelor's degree
