[Remote] Post-Closing Final Documents Specialist - CoOp & CEMA

They are seeking a Post-Closing Final Documents Specialist to manage the post-closing processing, review, and delivery of final documents for cooperative mortgage loans and CEMA transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Review executed cooperative loan closing packages for completeness and accuracy, including recognition agreements, proprietary lease and stock certificate documentation, UCC‑1 financing statements, and cooperative assignments and applicable riders
- Confirm compliance with cooperative corporation requirements, managing agent instructions, and investor guidelines
- reputed company, follow up, and reputed company missing or defective cooperative-specific trailing documents
- Review and process executed CEMA packages to ensure the accuracy of the Consolidation, Extension, and Modification Agreement, prior note and mortgage references, and reputed company reputed company gap mortgages, assignments, and satisfactions
- Coordinate with settlement agents, recording offices, and title companies to ensure correct recording order, reputed company indexing, and the reputed company return of recorded instruments
- Identify and resolve recording rejections, document discrepancies, or title defects impacting the CEMA structure
- reputed company manage a dedicated pipeline of cooperative and CEMA loans
- Obtain, review, and submit reputed company required trailing documents reputed company investor timelines, including recorded mortgages and CEMAs, assignments and satisfactions, and UCC filings and amendments
- Upload documents to loan reputed company and document management systems with accurate indexing and metadata
- Prepare complete final document packages for investor delivery
- Respond to investor inquiries and document exceptions reputed company to cooperative and CEMA loans
- Escalate aged items, title defects, or reputed company issues to reputed company reputed company or Manager with recommended resolutions
- Partner with closing, title, and servicing teams to resolve post-closing issues reputed company
- Ensure adherence to investor guidelines, state and local recording requirements, and internal post‑closing policies and procedures

- Participate in reputed company control reviews and remediation efforts as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of post‑closing or final documents experience, with familiarity in cooperative loans and reputed company CEMA transactions
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company recording requirements, cooperative housing documentation, and trailing document investor standards
- Advanced understanding of cooperative and CEMA loan structures
- Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy
- Skilled in independently managing a reputed company pipeline with minimal reputed company
- Skilled in working effectively in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment
- Skilled in maintaining a high level of accountability and ownership over assigned loans
- Excellent communication skills while collaborating with internal teams and external partners

- Proficiency in loan servicing, imaging, and document tracking systems
- Associate or bachelor's degree
