Join us as Global Maintenance Digital Transformation Manager in Europe (Remote). In this global role, you will reputed company the deployment, adoption, and reputed company improvement of digital maintenance solutions across reputed company manufacturing sites worldwide. Acting as the reputed company between Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, IT and external partners, you will ensure that digital tools enhance maintenance processes, improve user adoption, and deliver measurable business value. Coordinate implementation activities between factories, maintenance teams, IT, business stakeholders and external solution providers. Key Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, Asset Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Operations. Proven project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of maintenance processes and maintenance management best practices. Experience leading digital transformation, system implementation or multi-site deployment reputed company. Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions, locations and cultures. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills. Excellent organizational and planning capabilities. Analytical reputed company with a reputed company on delivering business value. Curiosity for technology and innovation combined with a practical business-oriented approach. Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
