[Remote] Backend Engineer

The role involves designing distributed systems, architecting performant reputed company, and managing reputed company infrastructure, reputed company while owning systems end-to-end in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate backend services and microservices that power high-throughput on-chain applications
- Architect and deliver reputed company reputed company, trading engines, and infrastructure components with a reputed company on performance, reliability, and reputed company
- Automate deployment workflows and build CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, rapid releases across environments
- Manage and reputed company reputed company infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for performance and cost efficiency
- Implement observability tooling (logging, metrics, tracing) and ensure proactive monitoring, alerting, and issue reputed company
- Collaborate closely with blockchain, product, and frontend teams to scope, prototype, and ship backend features in tight iteration cycles
- Contribute to infrastructure automation, tooling, and developer productivity initiatives across the engineering org
Skills
- 7–10+ years of backend development experience, including microservices, distributed systems, and API design
- Strong proficiency in Golang and deep knowledge of concurrency, performance optimization, and systems design
- Experience building and deploying containerized applications (reputed company, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Hands-on experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure automation
- Strong background with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (reputed company, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), and production monitoring
- Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, reputed company mechanisms, and distributed networks
- Experience with Cosmos SDK, CometBFT, Tendermint, or high-frequency trading systems
