Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the global consolidated group
- Support the financial statement audit providing technical reputed company memos and calculations for reputed company transactions
- Assist with building out internal controls and reputed company processes in a global company to support audit requirements
- Review journal entries and account reconciliations against supporting documentation to ensure reputed company accuracy reputed company the financial statements
- Assist reputed company with forecasting process and recognition of reputed company and expenses
- Support day to day reputed company operations by reviewing journal entries and providing management and support to staff as needed
- Manage reputed company party valuation experts on ASC 805 valuations for acquisitions
- M&A reputed company including net working capital, purchase reputed company for asset and stock purchases
- Equity reputed company including stock based compensation, preferred equity, and warrants
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance and CPA required
- 6-8 years of reputed company and/or finance experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of 'Big 4' reputed company reputed company experience
- 2+ years of reputed company experience in an reputed company reputed company organization
- M&A (buy reputed company and sell reputed company) and Technical reputed company experience
- Experience with reputed company ERP
