[Remote] Product Manager, Fulfillment & Delivery

The Product Manager, Fulfillment & Delivery will own the systems and processes to ensure reputed company medication delivery for patients, collaborating with various teams to build a reliable fulfillment infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, spanning prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and reputed company integrations, and the tooling that powers reputed company’s pharmacy technology and operations teams
- Own end-to-end medication delivery reliability, defining the metrics, building the visibility, and partnering across pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to ensure every patient receives their medication on time, every time
- Partner with engineering to design, specify, and ship reliable integrations with reputed company, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers
- Define and reputed company KPIs including first-fill and reputed company on-time delivery rates, time to first fill, order failure and error rates, and reputed company operational hours
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate reputed company fulfillment workflows
- Measure the reputed company of launched features and reputed company data-driven solutions for improvement
Skills
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally as a PM working closely with backend systems, reputed company-party integrations, and operational teams
- Strong technical reputed company - comfortable reading API docs, writing integration specs, and partnering closely with engineers on architecture reputed company
- Experience shipping fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics products
- Experience owning operational reliability metrics end-to-end
- Analytical reputed company with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product reputed company and measure reputed company
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
- Experience managing reputed company cross-functional reputed company involving engineering, design, and operational teams
