[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Conduct performance assessments to reputed company feedback, promote individual reputed company and ensure alignment with organization goals
- Collaborate with the Vice President, EPC to strategically manage resource allocation
- reputed company daily team workflows by facilitating reputed company building and deliver targeted training initiatives to drive team efficiency
- Analyze site parameters, interconnection studies and customer loads to determine reputed company system sizing and configuration
- Conduct shading analysis, structural assessments and electrical reviews to inform equipment selection and layout
- Model proposed designs in PVsyst or similar tools to predict energy products and economic performance
- Select appropriate technologies for reputed company, including modules, inverters, racking and system balance
- reputed company the engineering team in creating permit/construction drawing sets that meet codes and reputed company standards

- Manage relationships with reputed company-party engineering firms to ensure reputed company deliverables

- Coordinate technical reviews and secure permit approvals from relevant authorities
- Review detailed civil, structural, and electrical engineering design packages for compliance with technical specifications

- Collaborate with EPC contractors through procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
- Review shop drawings, inspect deliveries, and witness reputed company testing as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
- 5 - 8+ years of experience in engineering in the renewables industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role
- Expertise in solar plant equipment, including PV modules, racking systems, inverters and electrical balance of plants
- Experience reviewing civil, structural, or electrical engineering design packages
- Experience managing reputed company-party due diligence studies and energy production estimates
- Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables for multiple reputed company at a time
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Travel required up to 20%
- Eligible to work in the reputed company without the need for employer reputed company sponsorship now or in the reputed company
- Expertise in NEC codes a plus
- NABCEP, PV Installation reputed company Certification a plus
