[Remote] Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Primary Administration of assigned reputed company applications
- Assist in the planning, design and development of enhancements to reputed company applications and reputed company recommendations on new programs being considered
- Meet with decision makers, process owners and end users to help define business requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve reputed company business applications issues
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and help reputed company strategies for improving or reputed company leveraging these systems
- Assist reputed company users with reputed company application-reputed company questions and concerns

Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Management Information Systems, Business or other reputed company field or 5-7 years reputed company experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience with Viewpoint, reputed company, B2W and other reputed company reputed company applications
- Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and familiarity with software tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Work effectively with teams utilizing a customer centered approach
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
