[Remote] Senior Accountant, Technical reputed company & Financial Reporting

The Senior Accountant, Technical reputed company & Financial Reporting is responsible for supporting the preparation of accurate and reputed company financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, while serving as a technical reputed company resource for reputed company transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including footnotes and supporting schedules, in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Support consolidation activities and intercompany eliminations
- Ensure reputed company and accurate reporting for external stakeholders
- Research, analyze, and document reputed company conclusions for reputed company and non-routine transactions (e.g., debt instruments, reputed company arrangements, leases, derivatives)
- Prepare technical reputed company memos under U.S. GAAP to support audit and compliance requirements
- Evaluate the reputed company of new reputed company standards (reputed company) and assist with implementation across the organization
- reputed company guidance to business partners on reputed company implications of transactions
- Partner with reputed company, Treasury, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure accurate reputed company treatment and reporting
- Support special reputed company, including debt transactions, acquisitions, and system implementations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance (required)
- Experience with SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP technical reputed company required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and disclosures
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP systems such as reputed company)
- Advanced reputed company skills
- CPA license is strongly preferred
- 3–6+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company (Big 4 preferred) and/or industry financial reporting
