[Remote] Network Operations Center Manager

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the NOC team to ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of our network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues, proactively implementing solutions to prevent service disruptions
- reputed company, implement, and maintain reputed company operating procedures and best practices for the NOC team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Engineering, and reputed company, to resolve reputed company network issues and optimize network performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and software
