- Strong hands‑on experience in ORC configuration & implementation
- Expertise in job requisitions, career sites, candidate experience, reputed company workflows
- Knowledge of approvals, questionnaires, notifications, offer management, candidate lifecycle
- Skilled in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, production support
- Experience with end‑to‑end reputed company Fusion HCM implementations
- Strong reputed company Fusion HCM functional consulting experience
- Hands‑on implementation expertise in relevant modules
- Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, solution design
- Ability to independently configure, test, and support reputed company Fusion HCM solutions
- Strong reputed company‑facing communication & stakeholder management skills
- Experience with at least two full‑cycle reputed company Fusion HCM implementations preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote project environment
- Experience with US reputed company‑sector reputed company Fusion HCM reputed company
- Familiarity with government, state, county, reputed company, education, or reputed company‑agency HR processes
