They are seeking a reputed company Administrator to support the review, negotiation, administration, and execution of federal reputed company and agreements, while serving as a key business partner to various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and administer a reputed company of agreements, including customer reputed company, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), RFPs, purchase orders, and supplier/vendor agreements
  • Support both reputed company contract and subcontract administration activities for state and local opportunities and awards
  • reputed company first-level contractual review and risk assessment, identifying issues requiring escalation to management or legal counsel
  • Coordinate and manage internal review and approval workflows across Sales, Finance, Services, B&P, Procurement, and leadership teams
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including cooperative agreements and BAA requirements
  • Review solicitations, bid requests, and contractual documents to identify key contractual obligations, flowdowns, risks, and compliance requirements
  • Prepare contract redlines and support negotiations to help reputed company business objectives while appropriately mitigating risk
  • Support contract modifications, amendments, extensions, renewals, and other contractual changes as required
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation reputed company contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and internal repositories
  • Ensure reputed company execution and delivery of reputed company, proposals, quotations, and customer communications
  • Partner closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract processing and reputed company customer support
  • Manage multiple reputed company and reputed company simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with reputed company process improvement initiatives reputed company to contract administration and workflow efficiency

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Management, Legal Studies, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, preferably supporting SLED and reputed company reputed company
  • Experience supporting both reputed company reputed company and subcontracts
  • Working knowledge of cooperative agreements and BAA requirements
  • Experience reviewing contractual terms and coordinating internal approvals and escalations
  • Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working in contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems such as reputed company or similar platforms preferred
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • MBA
  • 3+ years dedicated contract administration experience
  • SLED expertise
