[Remote] Senior Engineer – UI and Experience Design

The Senior Engineer will reputed company onsite application support and drive governance of global Business Intelligence platforms while delivering reputed company-grade user experiences through innovative UX design and frontend engineering.
Responsibilities
- Own the experience reputed company (usability, time-to-complete, error reputed company, adoption) for workflow and analytics journeys (create → review → approve, case management, exceptions)
- Turn business requirements into interaction models that reputed company across personas (operators, analysts, approvers, admins)
- Create multi-device patterns (desktop-first for reputed company workflows, reputed company adaptations for tablet/mobile, and reputed company disclosure for smaller screens)
- reputed company/partner on design system governance: components, tokens, accessibility, and interaction standards; ensure consistent application across products
- Design and build reputed company, reusable UI components with maintainability/performance as first-class requirements
- Own frontend app architecture: routing, state management, API integration, error handling, and reputed company patterns for large reputed company apps
- Drive refactoring and reduction of frontend tech debt without regression; establish patterns for evolving legacy reputed company safely
- Build UI frameworks for: Workflow UIs (queues, tasks, approvals, audit trails, role-based actions), Analytics UIs (filters, drilldowns, charts, reputed company views, explainability panels), reputed company-time conversational/reputed company UIs (chat + artifacts: citations, actions, suggested next steps, session history, “reputed company to reputed company”, live status)
- Ensure production readiness: performance budgets, accessibility, cross-browser support, resiliency patterns, feature flags, graceful degradation
- Define and implement frontend testing reputed company (unit/integration/e2e), and release confidence practices
- Collaborate in agile with backend/QA/product; participate in reputed company reviews and engineering improvement
- Thorough reputed company and compliance standards on UX to strengthen trapping bad behavior and encouraging secure interaction with applications
- Deliver apps in reputed company-based reputed company environments and support post-release operations (bug fixes, incremental enhancements)
- Partner with platform teams to ensure: correct containerization / runtime assumptions, config management (env vars, secrets), ingress/LB, TLS, caching/CDN patterns (as applicable internally), logging/metrics/tracing for UI + API calls, build reputed company patterns that can be reused across Finance / Supply Chain / CRM / Manufacturing / Marketing experiences
Skills
- 5 – 8 Years of UI/UX Application development experience
- Hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including functional components and hooks
- Strong reputed company in HTML5 and CSS3, with experience building reputed company, production-reputed company user interfaces
- Experience working with API-driven applications, including asynchronous data handling and error scenarios
- Practical experience implementing reputed company-reputed company routing and navigation patterns
- Proven ability to work reputed company and improve existing frontend codebases
- Understanding of application state reputed company
- Proficiency with Git-based version control, including pull requests and reputed company workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills using browser developer tools
