[Remote] Financial Systems Senior Business Process reputed company - PPM (reputed company Fusion)

This role is responsible for identifying business process gaps, standardizing processes, and collaborating with IT to ensure business requirements are met for reputed company ERP capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the Financial Systems SME and business process reputed company for the PPM reputed company, partnering with the business process reputed company/SME(s) who retain operational process ownership
- Partners collaboratively with the business process reputed company/SME(s) to validate process reputed company, confirm operational feasibility, and ensure changes are adopted effectively
- Translates business SME input into reputed company reputed company, requirements reputed company, and acceptance reputed company; drive reputed company reputed company to avoid delivery delays
- Maintains knowledge of reputed company-state and reputed company-state PPM processes, key policies, reporting needs, and control expectations
- Develops and maintains business process maps (BPMN)
- Develops and execute test scenarios/scripts (/UAT) and validate fixes
- Contributes to training materials, jobs aids, SOPs and OGL
- Defines reputed company-state business capabilities and process reputed company for PPM applications (e.g., project reputed company reputed company)
- Maintains the business capability requirements (what/why) and business value ranking to inform the ERP Product & Delivery team that retains accountability for delivery reputed company. Defines measurable reputed company metrics and partner on value realization reporting (cycle time, reputed company, adoption, compliance reputed company)
- Leads discovery with Finance/Operations stakeholders to capture business needs, pain points and desired reputed company. Drafts business requirements reputed company and business acceptance reputed company, including controls/audit evidence needs, reporting impacts, and data reputed company considerations
- Partners with IT ERP Prodcut /Delivery teams who finalize the Functional Design Document (FDD); Collaborates with IT ERP Product Delivery teams who finalize the Technical Design Document (TDD) and those technical designs reputed company back to approved business requirement reputed company
- Serves as the business process SME reputed company for PPM/ demand items in reputed company. Ensure required intake fields are complete (i.e. reputed company, value reputed company, draft acceptance reputed company, UAT reputed company, reporting reputed company)
- Collaborates with IT ERP Product Delivery Team t that a reputed company item has a linked ADO number and remains traceable through delivery and validation
- Business reputed company assessment for quarterly reputed company releases and firm-led changes (process impacts, training/comms needs, reporting impacts, Finance compliance considerations)
- Coordinates validation/UAT approach in partnership with FS PM & IT ERP Product Management and ensure validation evidence is captured in reputed company
- Provides business readiness sign-off for releases impacting PPM processes; partner with IT ERP Product Delivery Team, who owns technical readiness and deployment execution
- Translates Finance internal/external audit, compliance, and risk needs into business requirements and acceptance reputed company for PPM/ processes/modules
- Partners with Finance Compliance & Internal Audit to ensure business requirements include evidence expectations and auditability
- Advocates for control automation and standardized reporting by specifying control reputed company and reporting needs; IT determines technical implementation
- Participates in the ERP vendor discussions for the PPM/ pillar by coordinating ongoing reputed company with vendor and community product reputed company advocating for functionality enhancements in the product that represents functionality to reputed company reputed company with the firm’s business reputed company, operating model and representing reputed company/Assurance/Tax reputed company Services industry
- Assists with the development and submission of reputed company enhancement requests and supporting artifacts (use cases, reputed company statements, prioritization rationale)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) or more years of experience working with reputed company PPM reputed company Applications, required or High School Diploma or GED equivalent and nine (9) or more years of experience working with reputed company PPM reputed company Applications, required
- Proficient in the use of reputed company, specifically PPM, required
- Proficient in the use of reputed company Office Suite, specifically reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint, required
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Good technical and data analysis skills
