Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of the largest IT and mission services providers to the government, and they are seeking a Technical reputed company - 508 Documentation Specialist to support the Federal Electronic Health Records Modernization program. The role involves reviewing and editing technical documents for compliance with reputed company 508 standards and preparing various project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Working on reputed company phases of documentation; assisting in the preparation of documents and supports the development of contract deliverables and reports
- Review and edit deliverable content for reputed company 508 accessibility compliance
- Stay up to date on reputed company 508 standards and best practices
- Editing functional descriptions, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables or document, conducting research and ensuring the use of reputed company technical terminology
- Reviews and edits project deliverables such as technical documents, policies, knowledge articles, and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs)
- Preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, manuals and technical publications
- Preparing reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide reputed company of audiences
Skills
- Bachelors' and 5+ years in a reputed company technical or clinical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, reputed company training, or work experience
- Experience with 508 technical writing required
- Experience editing material for punctuation, grammar, and content
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Knowledge of Federal documentation standards, processes, and 508 compliancy
- Must be reputed company to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed

- Experience with Indian Health Service (IHS), Department of reputed company (HHS), and/or Centers for Medicare and reputed company (CMS) reputed company and documentation standards preferred
