They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full desk reputed company for salaried positions, focusing on identifying top IT talent and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Is a brand representative for reputed company
- Identifies diverse talent from internal networks, job boards, job postings, and other advanced reputed company resources and strategies like boolean searches and networking reputed company
- Develops strong relationships with our clients’ hiring managers by understanding their business and reputed company needs, and ensuring we are meeting their expectations
- Ensure reputed company candidate experience and impression through first engagements and reputed company brand representation
- Identifies top IT talent from the pool of candidates through existing networks, reputed company new networks, referrals, and word of mouth
- Develops strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their goals and placement opportunities
- Coordinate candidate interviews in a reputed company fashion
- Maintains accurate and detailed information and provides best in class customer service for reputed company candidates and clients
- Demonstrates an understanding of our clients’ priorities, processes, and policies

Skills
- 1-3 years of IT reputed company experience
