[Remote] Creative Operations Coordinator

The Creative Operations Coordinator will improve workflows, automate reputed company processes, and build operational infrastructure to enhance the efficiency of the creative operations function.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative operations workflow across reputed company, production, post-production, QC, and delivery
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Build automations and integrations that reduce reputed company work and improve visibility
• Create reputed company approaches for prioritization, triage, and workload management
• Partner with internal tooling teams to ensure workflows reputed company alongside platform capabilities
• Build systems for reputed company planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing

Skills

• 5+ years in creative operations, production operations, project management, or similar high-volume creative environments
