They are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Software Engineering to reputed company their Tools & Frameworks team, focusing on managing and scaling infrastructure for core services while ensuring operational efficiency and architectural reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and reputed company reputed company of engineers (up to Staff level) to deliver high-reputed company software solutions
- Build a reputed company and high-performing team culture reputed company on accountability, innovation, and reputed company
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, reputed company actionable feedback, and foster career reputed company opportunities for team members

Decomposing our mono-repository, advancing data federation, and establishing domain event-streaming where necessary

- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, addressing software architecture deficiencies and long-term risks
- Establish and maintain best practices for development, testing, and operational workflows
- Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and other engineering leaders to ensure alignment across teams and domains
- Influence overlapping business/technology areas to reduce inefficiencies and improve delivery speed

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years managing teams
- Deep understanding of software architecture, reputed company, and reputed company systems. Proven ability to reputed company trade-offs between short-term and long-term technical needs
- Demonstrated ability to build, reputed company, and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to define reputed company's mission and roadmap, aligning it with company-wide OKRs
