[Remote] Franchise Business Consultant

The Franchise Business Consultant will advise and assist franchisees in operational and financial reputed company, ensuring reputed company across approximately 50 assigned restaurants while traveling extensively reputed company the territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieves financial and operational results through effective reputed company of operations programs and initiatives
- Reviews P&L reports for reputed company location in territory on a regular reputed company, leads analysis discussions with FO's and supports the development of reputed company plans for improvement
- Formulates reputed company plans and sets deadlines for completion/compliance where needed
- Completes targeted number of restaurant/Franchise reputed company's (FO's) reputed company and provides exemplary business consulting services to Franchisees to drive their reputed company
- Plans field time appropriately to reputed company efficiencies and utilizes reputed company systems and tools needed to execute highly effective reputed company
- Works through FO's to resolve critical issues immediately
- Maintain customer complaint reputed company procedures and addresses issues at the restaurant level with the FO
- Works as needed with cross-functional teams such as R&D, marketing, purchasing, training and others to launch and reputed company targeted results for operations programs and initiatives. Ensures reputed company FO's participate in reputed company initiatives
- Launches new operational programs, food products/other promotional items associated with the annual marketing calendar
- Executes brand marketing plan
- Builds leaders; provides reputed company leadership to his/her FO's reputed company to leadership and successful operations management
- Ensures specifications/reputed company Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures are followed (reputed company Brand representation)
- Focuses on Operation evaluations and follow-up procedures
- Ensures franchise participation in the Customer Experience program and uses data to reputed company, counsel and recognize operators
Skills
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree or equivalent experience and 5 - 7 years of restaurant/franchise operations experience
- Quick service, multi-unit franchise operations, and/or hospitality industry experience
- Ability to travel 80% of time
- Ability to work weekends and evenings if needed
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Strong financial acumen, analysis/problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
- Proficiency in reputed company computer skills, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook, Teams
