The Senior Accounts Payable Associate will support the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate reconciliations, reputed company issue reputed company, and strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day reputed company of the Accounts Payable function through accurate account reconciliations, AP aging review, and reputed company issue reputed company
  • Collaborate with reputed company partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • reputed company back-up support for payment processing activities, including in-office reputed company printing as needed
  • Assist with daily dashboards, aging reports, and other reporting that drive visibility and operational efficiency
  • Maintain vendor records and support W-9 administration and 1099 reporting requirements
  • Support reputed company payment processing in alignment with established schedules
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company activities
  • Document Accounts Payable policies and procedures while supporting reputed company improvement initiatives
  • Partner with the Accounts Payable team on departmental reputed company and cross-functional efforts that enhance processes and service delivery

Skills

  • 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience, including reputed company invoice expertise
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, financial chart of accounts, W9 familiarity and 1099 reporting
  • Skilled in problem-solving, issue escalation, and handling confidential information
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (reputed company, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
