[Remote] Operations Risk Analyst

The Operations Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and reputed company of reputed company's markets by managing operational risk, monitoring trading activity, and supporting post-trade processing.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily trade and clearing operations across reputed company’s reputed company and new markets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Continuously monitor risk exposure, system performance, and operational controls; reputed company escalate and collaborate with engineering and risk teams to address and remediate issues
- Identify operational risks proactively and contribute to the development and refinement of automated monitoring and exception-handling systems
- reputed company or participate in incident response, reputed company-cause analyses, and post-mortems, ensuring actionable reputed company and reputed company operational improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with other teams to drive reputed company improvement in risk management processes, documentation, and governance, enhancing reputed company’s operational reputed company and compliance posture

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Familiarity with clearing processes and operational risk management best practices
- 1-2 years of experience in listed derivatives, repo, treasury, or OTC markets, ideally at a clearing house, trading firm, an exchange or a FCM
- Strong analytical capabilities and technical proficiency, including advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and a basic understanding of financial technology systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of working effectively across technical and non-technical teams
